You obviously have not done your research, either. The engine has 675TT on a 
1000hour TBO, so its worth less than half a new engine. The airframe has the 
old and unreliable original retracts, which will surely need the lock mechanism 
updated or replaced. The add it self says the paint needs replacing.  Assuming 
(here we go again) that it could be worth $10K, nearly $2K off that to paint 
it, $1K for gear replacement to non-retracts or machine shop remake of parts, 
$2k for the worn engine, and $1k for incidentals.  I would say that Dan was 
pretty much right in the market.  If you are comparing to certified aircraft, 
or attempting to include labor, you are dreaming!
