Thanks David, I guess the only apprehension I have about mounting the gear this way is cutting in to the floor to "Submerge"the gear. I am worried about structural integrity. I was thinking about just cutting holes threw the floor,mounting the plates flush with the bottom , mounting the spring then flaring it in with glass. Does anyone see a problem with this? I am committed now, my retracts are removed and packed up for Oshkosh.
