Justin. In the photo of your boat you state you are varnishing the wood. Do not varnish it until you have skinned it, and completed the plywood gussets around the main spar, added your rear bulkhead, etc. If you do, you will not get a good bond between the frame and skins. You are going to have to do a lot of sanding to get back to bare wood to skin the frame.
