I don't know. I'd been planning on using a NACA duct myself, but then I started wondering did I want to speed the flow or slow the flow (which would determine how it was installed), and then I started noticing that NACA ducts for carb inlets are pretty rare. Even Nemesis used a snorkel, as do most Lancairs, RV's, etc, so I decided that'd be good enough for me. Any wisdom on this matter would certainly be appreciated. Another part of my problem is that I have this reversed NACA duct right behind the cowling on the bottom of the fuselage, so if I have one sucking the air in, what's left to help the cooling air exit? Later I may just cut this thing off and try the NACA duct, just to see if it makes a difference, but for rignt now, I'm going to take the wimpy way out and graft this thing on and call it done!
