Justin, If you are going to go to all that expense and time to glass the fuse, why not just apply one layer of carbon fiber to the inside and the outside, and have a lighter and stronger fuse than you are describing. By the time you apply all those layers, and the materials you are describing, it would be cheaper to cover it in all carbon fiber. You also might want to try and e-mail Eduardo in Argentina I think and ask him how much his all glass fuselage weighs before committing to glassing.
