I recently upgraded my KR2's engine from a stock 2.0 liter VW to a 2.4 liter VW conversion (similar to the GPASC conversion, from a 2.0 liter Type 4 VW). Something quite disturbing is that the CHT on the new engine climbs much faster, and settles much higher than with the previous block. I get 230 degrees C, instead of 190 degrees C.
