Did anyone on the list meet Colin Hales -who flew from UK to Oshkosh? He previously flew from UK to Australia-in the same KR2 I met him briefly in '85 when I was building my standard KR2.G-BVZJ He has an online diary at"kr2worldtour"which is well worth a read.-Especially his encounter with a fake rotor arm which came from a "reliable"source but failed after 5 hours.There was an official warning about them , but not seen by Colin until after the event! Just thinking about Mark's experience..
