On the flip side, I installed the Rotec model TBI-40-4 on my O-320
powered Glastar and love it compared to the carb that it replaced.
Engine starts easier and it is compatible with mogas containing ethanol.

The diaphram is a separate unit but it was pretty easy to build a
bracket to bolt it to the TBI itself.  The throttle linkage is a typical
slide setup which is different than that of a carb.  The throw is a
little shorter than the carb, but it did not take long to adjust to it.

The built in fuel pressure override button works so well that I removed
the manual priming system from the airplane after a couple of months.

Cost was about $800.

The bracket I made was probably overkill.  Here are some pictures of my
installation if anyone is interested:
