There's always the old VW Beetle or Bus parking brake mechanism that Bill Clapp used, or a homemade version of the same. See the 22nd and 23rd photos at http://www.krnet.org/mvn2004/ . All you need is something that will latch at both ends, but this setup (similar to what RR was selling new a few years ago, but made in aluminum) allows a lot of settings between full up and full down. This won't be "premade" (and I doubt you'll find that for a KR), but the hardest part of the fabrication is done...
