Rick Junkin's test flight plan is still on www.krnet.org . My Office 2003 wouldn't open the Word File (Microsoft says it's for my security), so I updated it to docx format and also saved it to HTML format. So the links are:
http://www.krnet.org/checklists/KR2SR8V2.doc for the older Word doc format, http://www.krnet.org/checklists/test_plan_KR2SR8V2.docx for the updated format, and http://www.krnet.org/checklists/kr2s_test_plan.html for an HTML file that anybody should be able to open through the internet. The Word file is preferred for those who want to change the numbers to meet their aircraft's expected performance. There is probably something to be said for the creation of a condensed version of advice for first flights, for those who won't find the time to read the whole thing...
