Netters,

I got a great e-mail from Bob Vermeulen saying he is still around and
working as well as his assistant Terry. I will include his e-mail
below. Bob still has many of the Gathering videos available on his
web site www.kr2videos.com . They are a must see for all the new
comers to the KR experience. Maybe Bob would make a package deal for
everyone trying to catch up on the KR history (hint). With respect
for all of Bob's and Terry's efforts in bringing us video of past
Gatherings I will not make available any duplicates of his tapes. In
addition, I will forward to him the older videos. If he wishes he
can make them available also by adding to his inventory. I don't
know who sold the older videos but the info may be available on the
tapes. I couldn't get my home equipment to work so I have no idea of
the quality or who produced them.

Question to Bob: Are all the older VHS tapes available in DVD format?

I would encourage everyone to visit his web page and see what is
available. Mark, could you add his web page to a prominent place the
KRNet site?

Hi Larry, Congrats on another successful Gathering. I saw your
post inquiring as to whether I was still on the net. Yes, I am. I
still get the digest each day and always enjoy seeing who's doing
what and what the latest news is. Terry, my camera assistant and I
were having coffee a week ago and were talking about the good times
we had at past Gatherings. We would have loved to have made it to
this years event. Terry is a video producer and editor for a large
cancer research institute here in Grand Rapids, so he's a very busy
person. I of course still don't see very well so it's very difficult
to travel. I still get to Nashville a couple of times a year to do
some recording, but I need an assistant to help me get around and
make sure I get to where I need to go. My eyesight is better than a
couple of years ago, but I still can't drive. I see Virgil sent some
of the old videos to you and I'm assuming your wondering if you can
get permission to copy them. If that's what you're wanting, the
answer is yes. My videos started in 1996 at Pine Bluff. Sounds like
he had some older videos also. I still have a
website, www.kr2videos.com where I sell videos, but I haven't sold
any for quite awhile. So, If somebody would want to duplicate my old
videos or turn them into DVDs, I would have no problem. As you may
recall, last year I sent you the last of my inventory to be used as
door prizes or banquet giveaways. I always thought the videos were
great motivation for the builders. The KR guys are great folks and I
am pleased to help any and all in any way I can.

I always appreciate all you've done over the years,

Bob Vermeulen
