And you can get even lighter cloth from SIG Manufacturing Co. Inc.; down to .56

You might even get it at a serious, old time, RC model store. The closest to me
is Al's Hobbies in Norwalk , CT., abouit 35 miles away.
and he can get me 10 yd. x 50" pieces of .75 oz. I put it down with a layer of
peel ply (actually Wal-Mart polyester coat lining) over it to soak up the
excess resin and then a layer of heavy plastic sheet so I can squeegie it as
smooth and ripple-free as possible.

( 50" width, 1.45 oz. per sq. yd. threads per inch: 60 length x 47
width. Commonly used over wood or plywood
or last layer of fiberglass lay up giving the surface a fine weave
for finishing.)
