Hi Benny I'm replacing my canopy due to an inversion and subsequent broken canopy. I've had a bigger canopy blown locally and am using the existing canopy frame and fuselage as a jig for both location and shape. Note that the rear of the canopy and the top of the rear deck make a nice straight line and I think this is important to minimise turbulence .... I will be making the rear deck to conform to the new canopy (and am making it removable for access to the rear fuse ).
