Second attempt at a reply. You can't be that precise with paper templates anyway. I was about to cut out a rib and noticed that my rib template was short by 1/8 inch. I thought that kinkos' printer had scaled it...I went through a bunch of file manipulation to make a dxf file and such...then thought i would check the one that was already glued to a rib and it was nuts on...the paper shrank 0.3%. The only way to avoid that is to print on something dimensionally stable like mylar.
