a 3d printer is nothing more then a cnc router with an a axis.

I am building my machine to support multiple heads. Last head will be a
3d print head.

5ftx9.5ft can take material up to 18 inches high.

Though for molds I agree, better to use the router to cut it out of
foam then to print it. If you were making actual parts then it would be
different. Though that depends too on the part.

Agree.  Very cool toy (3d printer), but dollars (not cents) per cubic
inch for materials.  Plus, 3d printers capable of making full size KR
components/moulds are very costly too.
