Not in my KR. Any rudder input near the stall causes the nose to drop. Not sure why unless any side motion of the rear fuselage blanks out part of the horizontal / elevator. Your results may vary.

Also, when flight testing your first side slips, don't "stab" rudder like you're flying a Cessna. Enter the maneuver with caution until you know what reaction you get. I did my first side slip (at altitude) like I flew the Tripacer and threw stuff up off the seat. Be gentle, you're flying a sports car, not a dump truck. :-)
