I have a KR2 that was built in 1985 that i am curently rebuilding. I haven't 
acquired a set of plans as of yet.  I have 2 stall strips on each of stub 
wings. One of them is missing.

I agree with Mark. If you don't know you are in a stall. Probably shouldn't be 
flying.

So the question is. Do I put the one back on that is missing or do I take the 
other 3 off ?

I am a long way from having her flying but not far from paint.
