Changed 'An user' to 'a user' I also removed "<qt>" and "</qt>". These notifications could be shown using any non-KDE notifcation system and I saw a bug on bugzilla, there were some problems with displaying it because of this tags. (for example, bug 237544, and according to specification http://www.galago-project.org/specs/notification/0.9/x161.html which is looks like supported by KDE notifcation system) If all is fine, I'm going to commit it tomorrow. Summary ------- This patch adds a 'kopete_incoming_file_transfer' event. Every time user receives an incoming file transfer requests, notification with actions "Chat" and "Ignore" shows. After pressing "Chat" user can press "Download" button and accept this request.
