Review request for Kopete and Roman Jarosz. Summary ------- This patch adds new section "Filter Add Event by Content" to privacy plugin (the section is like Filter by Content seciton) but the filtering is only done on AddInfoEvent and not on messages, also if some AddInfoEvent was filtered the plugin automatically adds the contactId of that event to temporary blocked contacts list so all messages from that contact will be blocked too. So if you are user which most likely won't get add request from Russian contacts you just have to add some comma separated Russian characters to "Drop add event that contain at least one of the following words" ... and spam should be gone. This is just quick "hack" so the GUI isn't really polished.
