Popup notification appear in the middle of the screen. While in KDE3 they
appear only in the screen corner, in KDE4 they appear at random places,
normally in the central column of the screen but at random height.
Also sometimes Kopete keeps showing popups for incomming messages even if the
active conversation is in front.
