Hi all I committed the above patch to replace the Add Contact Wizard with a single stage dialog just now. The discussion was probably inadequate but I was busy/away the last couple of weeks, so I thought it was best to get it in now, if everyone hates it we can revert it later. Matt ok'ed it (right, Matt?)
