It's also all on one line when you use Weblate UI. The question is only for translators translating locally (pull, translate, push).
For now I will assume we are going to switch to the "one line/no wrap" option (unless there are strong opinions against it). I have just noticed that 23.05's PO files are already using this method, I was not aware of that.
