Hi Kyle,

I have placed another hold and checked the browser console but am not seeing
any error messages. I wondered anything else that I need to check?

Thank you.

Kind regards,

Hi Kyle,

Many thanks. Yes, the code is in the IntranetUserJS preference.

On chrome no errors are showing, on IE there are these warnings:

  * DOM7011: The code on this page disabled back and forward caching. File:
request.pl
  * DOM7011: The code on this page disabled back and forward caching. File:

and 1 message:

Can you look in your IntranetUserJs syspref and verify the javascript the
plugin generates is in there?
Also, please check your web browser error console on the holds page, that might
give us a clue as to what's going on. This may help you if you've never done
that:

?Hello,

We have the item recalls plugin version 1.0.26 installed and recall rules set
up. The circulation rules are set up for item level holds and hold notices are
ending with the reserves.reserve_id code. On the staff client when an item is
checked out with an item level hold placed, there isn't a manual recall button
anywhere on the patron record. My vendor PTFS cannot support the plugin and I
cannot verify whether we have the code added to the Apache config.

?

?Does anyone know what needs to be done to display the manual recall button?

Many thanks,
