I am not sure if this is related to the problem, but there is also an
error in your OpacUserCSS:
#logo { <div background-size: auto auto;
The < is not correct.
If nothing changed on the server side I'd try to empty the OpacUser*
prefs and see if that makes some difference.

I assume that this means either that the location of these assets has
changed or something has changed in your server configuration.
Did you upgrade Koha or make some other kind of server change?
