None of the JavaScript, CSS, or images are loading. If you try to open one of these directly you get a 404 error: http://www.catalogo.bijrd.gob.do/opac-tmpl/bootstrap/css/opac.css I assume that this means either that the location of these assets has changed or something has changed in your server configuration.
