To recreate:
1 - Set syspref AutoRemoveOverduesRestrictions to "if the patron has no
remaining items that is cause for debarment"
2 - Set syspref OverdueNoticeFrom to "item home library"
3 - Set an overdue trigger for Centerville / all patrons / all items: delay 1,
notice: ODUE, restrict: NO, transport: print
4 - Set an overdue trigger for Fairfield / all patrons / all items : delay 1,
notice: ODUE, restrict: YES, transport: print
5 - have 1 item with homebranch Centerville and 1 item with homebranch
Fairfield
6 - At Centerville, check the Fairfield item out to your patron with a due date
of yesterday
7 - perl misc/cronjobs/overdue_notices.pl -t -v -c
8 - confirm your patron triggers a notice AND a restriction per the Fairfield
triggers
9 - Still at Centerville, check the Centerville item out to your patron with a
due date of yesterday
10 - perl misc/cronjobs/overdue_notices.pl -t -v -c
11 - confirm the checkout for the Centervillle item triggers a notice BUT NOT a
restriction per the Centerville triggers
12 - check in the Centerville item
13 - confirm your patron's restriction is removed -- with OverdueNoticeFrom set
to "item home library," restrictions are placed according to the triggers for
the item home library, but removed based on the triggers for the checkout
library
