It's not something I think the project should endorse or maintain. If users want to upload packages to torrents, I have no issue with that but there is no way for KiCad to control what is uploaded to a torrent so I really don't want the project to be responsible for it. Does our website not have enough bandwidth for downloading KiCad packages? I'm just curious as to what torrents buy us that we don't already provide.
