Hi guys,

I know lately I have been quiet, but since the majority of decisions were
contrary to my beliefs, I didn't want to push too much. However, I feel
this is VERY important to mention now, before it gets completely out of
scale. As before, I'll let you decide, but I am really against some
decisions we already made and I want to let you know that.

So, I'll go through the topics I mentioned first in the subject:

*Website*
It looks really good Jonathan, but I believe there are a couple of things
we must change:

   - So, if we want Hope, green logos and such why is the theme
red/pink/purple? The purpose of keeping the logo black/white/minimalistic
was exactly to allow us a greenish color scheme in our website, right? :)
   - Why is the letter size so small? Can we increase it?
   - White backgrounds and grey text does not work. Can we change the text
   color to black?
   - Why do we have a section named Open Source? Please guys, even though
Kibo uses open source technologies, that doesn't mean we must keep showing
it to everyone that we use open source technology. That is a huge part of
our business model, since we don't need to spend hundred thousands of
dollars/euros on software. So, ToriOS and Ubuntu mentions should be posted
   only to the blog. Agree?
   - I noticed the Thumbnail in the browser spacer is Google's "g". Can we
   change that to our K?
   - I am not comfortable to share our own websites in the social media. If
we're going to have a LinkedIn account and YouTube, that it only makes
sense to show them. I understand that might have been a test, but if we're
not going to use them, then I guess we can cut them out.

The about and team page should not have detailed explanations about who we
are nor profile pics. What people will want to see is what we have made so
far. That, of course, will come with time and with an excellent community
surrounding us. Besides, having these such pictures, would imply having
highly formal photographs. I'm thinking maybe we should introduce ourselves
in our blog, under a "team" category. Something to do in the future, maybe,
with pre-prepared interviews.
I've added content to all pages. Feel free to edit it however you like it.
Not website-related, but web-related: Someone has to take care very soon.

*Mailing List*
So, even though this has been discussed and Jonathan has gone through a
lot to get us running a proper mailing list, I have, once again, to oppose
to that. Here are some of my reasons:

   - While I was adding some content to the website, I felt completely lost
looking for the stuff we've already made in our Google Drive folder. Sorry,
but that can't never happen. Again. Any cloud-project management SaaS
offers a decent integration where I can observe discussions and where are
whichever files I am looking for. Please re-consider.
   - I already said this, but nobody "listened". Here's a print of my
Gmail's labels, without spam and these are all important emails:
http://prntscr.com/5tte9e. In 6 days, I have 6 emails to mention the
server and mailing list. Once again, I'm sorry, but that makes no sense.
And this situation will repeat itself over and over again. I'm not blaming
A, or B, but this will make us waste a significant amount of time checking
our email on a daily basis. Email is outdated nowadays and almost every
firm has migrated to other cloud-based solutions, precisely because it is
way more organized. Of course, some have developed their own type of
internal service. Some of you may say you won't trust them and I respect
that. But if you wish to pursue such thought, bear in mind that a lot of
people will have to trust us to do business and yes, we will have a load of
information about a lot of people.
   - In regard to the last bullet, I vote for Trello or Slack, even though
Slack isn't free. Sorry, but I am not excited to base a firm in a mailing
list. That leads to a huge load of links associated with Kibo (Drive,
Mailing List, I can't find emails, all emails mention the same topic, and
so on and so forth) and I don't find that very sustainable in the
   long-run.

Feel free to comment anything I said and don't think I'm only here to deny
stuff. I'm willing to discuss everything, but, as I usually say, there is a
reason why the majority of people follow the same thing. Sometimes it's not
the best, but some it is. Besides, when I mention majority, I mean those
who should be considered - like interesting entrepreneurs, not banks and
corrupted people.
