Hi all, We're 7 including me.
2 are back-end members. 2 people are members and not interested in high level roles AFAIK unless I missed something. Me, Gustavo and Svetlana while I'm not 100% sure where Svetlana would like to play, I'm sure myself and Gustavo will take a lead role. To make it perfectly clear here, I think we need 1 minimum and 2 maximum people who give the GO approval. What does it mean? It means whatever you proposed or would like to do within Kibo is good to go (approved). Who would basically do that? 1. Myself, the founder and the community manager. 2. Gustavo, the operation manager. Again, we're 7 so I see no reason why more people should approve. Gustavo knows about business more and I know about people/communities more. We're 2-in-1 and we both will be - for now - the drivers of Kibo. Any objection? That said, me and Gustavo could exchange phone numbers for faster real-time access and communications. If I'm not online and it is super urgent (which is NOT and will never be on this stage of Kibo - we have no clients yet) then he's the one who give the Go approval. If I'm around then it is me. Simply, you need to email me and Gustavo (BOTH) if you need any kind of approval. That involves: - Money - Major Changes within our community - Major Technical Changes within our project - Whatever important that require an approval from someone in the management. Any objections? I'm open to any feedback :) -- Remember: "All of us are smarter than any one of us."
