Dear all, Few moments ago, I had a meeting with Gustavo and Emily and we discussed several things but the most important of all is:
Setting a deadline for: - Kibo's Website - Kibo's Social Media - Kibo's Emails To be fully up and running :) So, I think we have 2 weeks to get everything up and running. For the Social Media: I have created that long ago so I just need to share it with you and see who will be in charge of these - we need a dedicated person for that. For the emails to communicate with the external world, that's done already but I just need to resume these emails account as I put these on hold. We need a dedicated people for that but guess we need to share the password between more than one. Maybe only for the core members right now or the front end members of Kibo. For the website: I'm not sure if Jonathan is done with the 'child theme' or not yet? but just for those who are not yet aware of ... we have a draft for all the different pages that will be published on the website .. we just need to put that on the website and publish that. We could tweak that. Some may disagree with me but as long as the website is not yet officially launched, only few know about it. I see no harm to put the draft which we have so far and publish it for us to see at least. Reason is, to see things on the actual website is different from seeing it on Google documents if you know what I mean. The highest priority now: - Get more people involved - Finish building the team - Above all, get the website up and running. I will send later an email to distribute the tasks among us. There will be departments (internal) so everyone will know who is where and who is what. Summary: 1st of Feb, 2015 is the deadline for the website and all the communications channels of Kibo to be up and running and by channels here, I mean the external ones, not the internal one that we're using such is IRC, mailing list or whatever other platforms we are using :) Thank you! -- Remember: "All of us are smarter than any one of us."
