[Impact]
During recent tests with RDMA/mana_ib enablement on Azure platforms, we
noticed that the mana_ib module is not included in linux-modules-azure,
which creates additional hassle for end users. Thus, include it in
linux-modules-azure by default.
[Fix]
Add mana_ib to the Azure kernel inclusion-list.
[Test plan]
Build tested only.
[Where problems could occur]
No risk of regressions here.
