Bug description:
[Impact]
During recent tests with RDMA/mana_ib enablement on Azure platforms,
we noticed that the mana/mana_ib module is not included in linux-
modules-azure, which creates additional hassle for end users. Thus,
include it in linux-modules-azure by default.
[Fix]
Add mana.ko/mana_ib.ko to the Azure kernel inclusion-list.
[Test plan]
Build tested only.
[Where problems could occur]
No risk of regressions here.
