This bug is awaiting verification that the linux-
riscv-5.15/5.15.0-1073.77~20.04.1 kernel in -proposed solves the
problem. Please test the kernel and update this bug with the results. If
the problem is solved, change the tag 'verification-needed-focal-linux-
riscv-5.15' to 'verification-done-focal-linux-riscv-5.15'. If the
problem still exists, change the tag 'verification-needed-focal-linux-
riscv-5.15' to 'verification-failed-focal-linux-riscv-5.15'.

If verification is not done by 5 working days from today, this fix will
be dropped from the source code, and this bug will be closed.

See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for documentation how
to enable and use -proposed. Thank you!

Bug description:
LP#2086606 introduced the use of the dwarfdump command in
debian/rules.d/2-binary-arch.mk, but on some architectures (at least
riscv64), the dwarfdump package does not appear to function as
expected. Until the issue is resolved, revert this change in
  debian/rules.d/2-binary-arch.mk.
