so when I boot up my Ubuntu install on 5.19.0-31 kernel, I get the
following error:

EFI stub: EFI_RNG_PROTOCOL unavailable

EFI stub: Exiting boot services

```

I only got this on the 5.19.0-31 kernel, and 5.19.0-29 did boot
correctly.
