Because it's oem kernel enabled by Canonical by default with my hardware, Also I'm using LTS release for stability and don't see a reason for using non default version of software just because it exists - I prefer to use my computer instead being constant beta tester even having this oem kernel is not comfortable for me, not sure if built-in fingerprint reader will work out of the box without it
