Title:
  Lenovo Carbon X1 9th gen no longer powers off

Status in linux-oem-5.10 package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS

  linux-oem-5.10: 5.10.0-1044.46

  Power off system, either through GUI or by shutdown -P now

  Expected result:
  System powers completely off

  What happens:
  System seems to be powering completely off. Screen goes black, but computer 
is still running, getting hot and using battery. Have to press power button for 
4 seconds to power completely off. 

  Solution so far:
  Use linux-generic-something
