Hello Tan Sorry for late reply. Thank you for your contribution. It would be great for a Chinese translated homepage. I think the best way is you send the translated page on Word (or similar program) so we can update the homepage accordingly. Most of the visitors come to the homepage and click direct to the download page. A starting point could be the download page. You can take the German page as a guide for what could be translated first.
