The effect to 4.x is the kdenetwork module rename.
To maintain continuity in most packagers' setup, it was discussed that zeroconf-ioslave would still produce a kdnssd tarball. Whether the tarball retains the same name or not wasn't decided, it was mostly left to what would be easiest for the release team and packagers. -- Matthew
