Quoting Micka?ls private mail:
It is true, it is not the exact string, I translated the french string :
L'usage le plus courant est de d?marrer votre application en pr?fixant la
ligne de commande par callgrind, comme par exemple
callgrind le_programme les_arguments

Thanks.
The english documentation has
"The most common use is to prefix the command line to start your application
with <userinput><command>valgrind</command> <option>--tool=callgrind</option>
</userinput>, as in:..."
So that seems to be ok.

The french team ships an outdated translation (older than one year), that is
the problem.

Micka?l, please file a bugreport on bugs.kde.org (Product: i18n Component:fr)
about this issue, it can only be fixed by the french translation team.
