SVN commit 1096306 by dfaure:

GUI: Make substring completion available again in konqueror's location bar; 
ever since Ctrl+T was
added for "new tab", substring completion didn't work anymore. I chose F7, for 
lack of a better
idea and available shortcut, better suggestions welcome.
