I don't undertand what this email is about. Is this you wanting to be a student? If so that's not how Summer of Code works, you have to submit your ideas through Google (am guessing the period is not open yet)
Is this you suggesting a project that someone else will Mentor and you expect someone else to work on as a student? That's kind of weird, has this mentor agreed to be volunteered at all?
