That's exactly who I'm targeting. Getting the KDE dev environment for casual 
experimentation with the src is prohibitively difficult. Additional advantages 
of using a VM is not messing with your own kde env and the ability to roll 
back from screw ups :) Also cloning and setting up a variety of test 
environments.
