I also experienced this (using 5.1.3 on Linux). One needs to select a category
for Interest to be able to enter a Reinvest Dividend. It isn't at all obvious
what's missing. Usability-wise it may be better to keep Enter always enabled
and but show an error if something is missing when the user clicks Enter.
Alternatively, mandatory input fields need to be marked somehow.
