SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch Konqueror.
OBSERVED RESULT
3 information popups saying 'Unable to create KIO worker. Unknown protocol
'konq'.
All File menu options except Quit are disabled. Can't open a new tab or do
anything else.
Changing the web browser engine in general preferences from WebEngine to Okular
and restarting also has no effect (those are the only 2 options shown).
