This bug looks like its still reproducible on latest master.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Change Opacity to 50%
2. Set Color to #000000
3. Draw 10+ strokes over the same spot on canvas
4. Pick color
5. Check color (will be #010101 and Color channels Red/Green/Blue will all be
set to 1)
