            Bug ID: 495965
Summary: Cursor becomes very big in some GTK 4 programs when
                    display scaling is enabled
    Classification: Plasma
           Product: plasmashell
           Version: master
          Platform: Other
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: plasma-b...@kde.org
          Reporter: accou...@rack.re
                CC: k...@davidedmundson.co.uk
  Target Milestone: 1.0

SUMMARY
The cursor becomes very big in some programs when display scaling is on. I have
two screens with scaling of 100% and 150% and it only happens on the latter
one. This seems to only happen with GTK4 programs such as Nicotine+ or
Parabolic for example. The window title bar (drawn by KWin) is okay, the cursor
just becomes big when you move it into the actual window.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable scaling in Plasma settings
2. Open an affected program (just GTK4 I think?)
3. Move cursor to window

OBSERVED RESULT
Big cursor (see screenshot)

EXPECTED RESULT
Normal size cursor

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Fedora Kinoite 40
KDE Plasma Version: 6.2.2
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.7.0
Qt Version: 6.7.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I'm using Wayland
