Since the issue is not happening on the same install but different user, it
shows that it's not a distro problem.
I renamed kwinrc and kwinoutputconfig.json, relogged session and no change.
Artifacts are still there. If there are any other relevant kwin files to check?
If that is not kwin, what other configs need to be tested?
