SUMMARY
With 6.2+, both with Arch provided system packages and self compiled ones post
SDDM login there is now a upwards of 30s+ startup delay before the desktop
shows up.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Login to SDDM
2. Wait for long time
3. See Desktop
