Maybe we are in luck and it happens again now that you have it running in
logging mode ;)

If not, you'll probably want to run

cd pulseaudio-qt
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=`pwd`/build/bin QT_LOGGING_RULES=org.kde.pulseaudio=true kded6
--replace

after every login so the logging mode is enabled.
