The relevance is the idling. We established that the screen-of-after-idle
option exists (see my comments above) but does not work. If the
sleep-after-idle and suspend-after-idle options don't work either, which you
now confirmed, then it is quite likely that something goes wrong about the idle
time detection. This helps track down where the problem is, which is why I was
asking you to test these options.
